What to Expect

The Ideal Protein Treatment Plan allows you to lose weight with minimal effort compared to most other diets that require you to buy all sorts of different foods and ingredients and then follow complicated recipes. This plan is broken down into four phases:

Phase 1: You start out using an Ideal packet as the basis of three of your four meals each day, until you have reached 70 percent of your weight-loss goal.

Phase 2: You reduce the Ideal packets to two per day and add a second regular meal (your coach will explain what is permissible), until you have reached 100 percent of your goal.

Phase 3: For weight-loss stabilization, you will re-introduce moderate amounts of fat and carbs to your diet for 14 days. You eat one Ideal packet per day, with two other regular meals.

Phase 4: By this time your coach will have taught you how to eat for the rest of your life to maintain your new healthy weight. You will know which foods to eat, how to combine them, and when in the day you should and should not eat certain kinds of foods.
